It is sometimes the case that when Capgeminiās involvement in a Service Engagement concludes, a number of resources
from the Service Engagement team are required to share knowledge or provide ongoing support for the final solution for
a short period of time as part of any warranty.
As a result, the Engagement Manager must ensure that the selected resources agree to providing the ongoing support and
that the appropriate resource management procedures are in place for the resources when they transfer to the party
responsible for carrying on the work, be it the Client, a Capgemini operate team, or a third party.
